Tailboard is a product of Uplink Research LLC. It's built by Dusty Baker — firefighter, paramedic, and flight medic — because the software his departments were handed wasn't built for them. Tailboard is purpose-built for how volunteer and small combination departments actually operate: the stations running on paper checklists and group texts because the enterprise systems weren't built for them.
